Sealed competitive proposals will be received by the Crestline Exempted Village School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Tennis Courts Renovation Project. Interested firms may receive a copy of the RFP from Alina Nemec, Treasurer, at nemec.alina@crestlinebulldogs.org with a copy to Matthew Henderson, Superintendent, at henderson.matt@crestlinebulldogs.org.

Proposals may be submitted in hard copy or electronically. Proposals submitted in hard copy shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Crestline Exempted Village School District, c/o Alina Nemec, Treasurer, 401 Heiser Ct., Crestline, Ohio 44827 and plainly marked on the outside "PROPOSAL FOR TENNIS COURTS RENOVATION PROJECT." Proposals submitted electronically shall be sent via one PDF file, named with the Proposer’s name and the title of the Project to: Alina Nemec, Treasurer, at nemec.alina@crestlinebulldogs.org, with a copy to Matthew Henderson, Superintendent, at henderson.matt@crestlinebulldogs.org. Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, local time June 29, 2023.

Prevailing wage rates do not apply. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, and conduct necessary investigations to determine Proposer responsibility.
