Kindergarten Registration Open at Crestline Elementary

Crestline Exempted Village Schools' kindergarten registration will run from March 1st, 2021, through April 16th, 2021. Children must be five years of age as of August 1, 2021, to be eligible to attend. Parents who wish to register their children for the 2021-2022 school year should contact the elementary school secretary at 419-638-5351.

Any child enrolling in school for the first time must be screened for vision, hearing, speech and language, developmental delays, and other health or medical conditions. A combined registration and screen days will be held at Crestline Elementary on April 15th from 8 am to 3:00 pm and April 16 from noon to 6:00 pm. Appointments are required.

Proof of residency ( utility bill, lease agreement), birth certificate, immunization records, parent’s driver’s license, and custody papers, if applicable, should be brought to the school the day of the child’s screening.
